We don’t usually post indie-pop type music here on DC, but you know what? Fuck it. This shit is fire and needs to be shared. The kid’s name is Alec Benjamin and he’s been virtually unknowingly dropping pop hits on his SoundCloud for the last year or so. He also hopped on the chorus for one of Jon Bellion’s tracks “New York Soul Pt. II” just a couple months ago.
Today, he drops off a track titled, “My Old Bicycle,” and you guys, it’s amazing. I know you probably came here for some hard underground hip-hop, but give this kid a chance. He’s just havin’ fun with it. Peep below.
