Anderson .Paak has just received an official solo music co-sign from Dr. Dre via the Compton mogul’s Beats 1 radio show The Pharmacy. Although the debut of his most awe worthy track yet, at the hand of an major influencer on the airwaves, is likely the highest benchmark the artist has reached thus far, it is also not surprising given his numerous, multi-genre features and dope original content creation. From working with DJ Premier to Blu, featuring on Dre’s own Compton and The Game’s The Documentary 2, collabing with Knxwledge on Nxworries and Blended Babies on The Anderson .Paak EP, or dropping projects like Venice, the artist formerly known as Breezy Lovejoy is on a wave making trajectory that has reached a critical mass on the 9th Wonder and Callum Conner produced “The Season/Carry Me.”
