Australian Activists Want to Deny Tyler, The Creator From Entering

Tyler, The Creator has many fans, but apparently not too many in Australia. Australian activist group Collective Shout have petitioned to the Australia prime minister to deny the Odd Future rep a visa.

“What is the point of trying to stop the epidemic of violence against women when you allow, rollout the red carpet for a singer who glorifies misogyny, degrades women for entertainment?” Collective Shout co-founder Melinda Tankard Reist said in a Public statement.

“We believe he’s in breach of his visa conditions, which state very clearly that you cannot come here and propagate, vilify or incite discord in the Australian community.”

If you remember, Australia’s neighbor New Zealand previously banned Tyler as well, declaring him to be a “potential threat to public order.” If you ask me, this is all bunch of bullshit anyways. Just let the man be.
