Baby Drill and CEO Trayle coming together for “Brody Trippin” feels damn near overdue. The two have a similar taste in beats, a knack for slipping in slick punchlines when listeners aren’t paying attention, and seem to be every rapper’s favorite rapper, especially in Atlanta.
Produced by one of Atlanta’s hottest up-and-coming producers What It Do Flip, Trayle and Drill try to one-up each other by seeing who can rap the most gruesome lyrics possible while peppering in plenty of slick one-liners. Directed by ATL heavyweight Decat, the video is the creme de la creme of run-and-guns.
