Bat Boy Bankie has a number of ways to deliver his art when it comes to the auditory approach. Here on “Wake Em Up”, he starts with a gentle tone to lure the ear in, then he pairs with belligerent bass to do just as the title says. Bankie has been at it for a number of years now and he switches up the wave quite often. With this being said, we haven’t heard a side of Bankie we don’t fuck with.
Directed by Cobian and shot and edited by Babydreamer, we see Bankie on the playground with some britches a few feet to big. Though he’s never too big for those britches so the metaphor plays off quite well. Then, him and the team make sure no one gets any ideas about running up. The production from Guapruns is quite impressive too and divulges a heavy backdrop to paint. Overall, this is some cool ominous art shit, tap in with it below.
