Maryland’s Billy Chambers returns to the DC pages with a killer new demo as we kick off 2015, titled Laughing At Walls. He releases the three-track EP in celebration of his 19th birthday, only building more anticipation for his full-length project that is set to drop sometime this year. It features production from Felly, C. Justice, Space Gang and Galimatias, and is a fun, bouncy project that I’m sure you’ll enjoy.
