Recently, the new infamous Bobby Shmurda pled not guilty to felony and misdemeanor charges for contraband, perjury, and criminal possession of a weapon, according to a report from the New York Times.
According to reports, on June 21st, Shmurda’s girlfriend Kimberly Rosseau decided to visit him at Rikers Island with a hidden weapon in her bra — where she proceeded to try and transfer the shank to Bobby Shmurda. A guard noticed, and they were subsequently arrested. Though she pled guilty to her charges, Shmurda and his team of lawyers are choosing the opposite angle.
If found guilty, this charge alone could keep Bobby locked up for seven years. Ouch.
