It appears Beyonce and Jay Z are trying to purchase the rights to the Confederate flag following the bullshit seen in South Carolina over the past few weeks. After creating a nationwide story, the Confederate flag has become the biggest topic of debate. Several media outlets are reporting that Beyonce and Jay-Z are trying to purchase the resell rights to it; which means that horrific flag will never been raised again.

Their  lawyer, Ralph Hammerstein, reportedly said, “My clients are adamant about purchasing the rights to the Rebel Confederate flag. They have expressed deep concern regarding the flag and how it is tearing apart our nation.” He also went on to add, “My clients have expressed that they are not looking to profit from the use of the flag, but rather prevent any further use of the flag on merchandise.”
