These two possess great solo catalogs and snap on their features, so it was sick to hear how well this melded together. This pairing has teamed up before for some shining cook ups, including the most recent “Hollywood” that dropped last fall.
The kicks in “She Think” pulsate and curate a steady tempo for the subtle instrumentation to shine. Overall, the percussion is incredibly memorable, setting the scene for Buddy’s sultry croons. He pens the chorus with stellar layers of passion, then Jamz comes through with a blend of his cadence and top-tier range.
