In an effort to bring peace and happiness to the world, Chance The Rapper liberated his 1st annual Teens in the Park festival at FirstMerit Bank Pavilion in Chicago. Inviting hip-hop fans between the ages 13-24 – at no charge – to enjoy quality music under the sun with some friends.

While there, Chance also decided to bring out Kendrick Lamar for a surprise performance — which can be viewed below. We’ll update this page with the proper footage if it ever surfaces.
