There are so many artists out now that sometimes it can be overwhelming to sift through it all and find the dopest of the dope, but once you find BreezePark you don’t have to search any longer. The Virginia collective just released their debut album Bloom and it is nothing less than magnificent. From the jump the intro ‘Roots’ hits you right in the face with a signature sound that is so familiar yet so exotic. Every bit of the sonic structure is on point and the whole project flows so well it’s as if it was hand stitched together by a master seamstress. The album is executively produced by HighDefRazjah, also a Virginia native and known for his work on tracks such as A$AP Ferg’s ‘Let It Go’, IDK’s Babyscale, among numerous others. His craftsmanship really shines when paired with the Park Boyz and it leaves you hoping they continue making some heat together. Standout tracks like ‘Drought’ and ‘Run It Back’ have got to be leading candidates for some new additions to your playlist. Throw in a crazy (no pun intended) feature from Norfolk buzzmaker Young Crazy on ‘Hunnids’ and you really just can’t ask for much more from a project. There are highs and lows, each just as effective in conveying it’s emotion. You really feel like you’re sprouting from the ground alongside these guys as you listen from top to bottom, it seems as though ‘Bloom’ is beyond fitting as a title. Enjoy this killer gem on streaming near you and don’t miss out on any more Breeze Park coming your way in the future.
