Donald Glover announced a few months back on the Today show that his days as his alter-ego Childish Gambino might be coming to a close. That news crushed me. It felt like my girlfriend of five years just told me that we were no more. I had listened to Childish Gambino since he first released Culdesac. Because The Internet is literally one of my favorite albums of all time, and I still catch myself saying “are you eatin’ though!?” on a regular basis. I truly couldn’t believe it was over, and it wasn’t confirmed that it was, so I was still holding on hope. As the months past, I began to worry that it was true. Bino’s been ridiculously quiet about what he has coming up, but today we have news that the genius from Stone Mountain, GA may be working on a new album. I couldn’t be more excited. A recent session with a fifty-person choir revealed a few leaks from his upcoming project.
