Cincinnati, Ohio’s D-Eight drops off his magnificent new EP called, Jolie: The Swoot McDurman Project. Eight is moving his audience with an incredibly easy to follow flow, but that doesn’t mean his approach is simple. His cadences are soothing to the ear and those artists around him accent his talent. There are a decent amount of features on this project, but they all add heavy zest and layering to the compilation as a whole. With vocals from Siifu, Devin Burgess, Princess Tiana, MIIR and Jaybee Lahmaj, there is a number of different talents throughout. Apollo Rome, DaveDolla, Lee Tensei, Guido and Devin Burgess all crafted beautiful instrumentation to be painted on. This is a great project, do yourself a favor and peep this one.
