Cali artist NOVA has been a DC favorite for awhile now. Working with the likes of 16 yr old, Dutchboy, and many others, NOVA has quickly become a household name within the underground community, along with his recently-released solo projects. Keep an eye out on NOVA as we head towards 2017. You’ll thank me later.
