This is my first encounter with Bryce Hase, but this kid is onto something heavy. He’s only 18 and he brings an inventive new wave to R&B, which there’s not an abundance of coming out of Dallas right now. In this pairing of new songs “trUst’20” and “coMa” featuring Ty Fontaine, we hear Bryce‘s smooth tone and soothing range throughout.
The first of the two is a honest tune telling of his current trust issues atop some stellar production. The simplicity of the instrumentation allows for Hase‘s voice to shine through as the main focus. Then following that up with the energetic latter of the two, “coMa” is going to make quite the splash in the streams. Fontaine showcases some incredibly memorable notes on the chorus, then Bryce comes into tug at our heart strings yet again. These two songs are very telling of what this kid is capable of and he’s really one hit away from some major notoriety. Both vivid tracks were produced by 0445c with some additional help from Nate Donmoyer. Do yourself a favor and stay tuned for more from Bryce Hase, peep game below.
