Wisconsin’s rising artist Devon Alexander just dropped off a surprise little 4 track EP last night entitled Empty Promises, and it is wavy as hell.

I like this project a lot because it’s bouncy, but it also is really chill at the same time. Empty Promises is definitely a masterpiece. It features a few really dope artists, including Jared Evan, Steezefield, and Jaiden. Peep the EP below, and enjoy!
