In the talent-filled region of the DMV there is a buzzing collection of artists who have been making their way up the underground ranks, and are ready to break out. Kool Klux Klan was started years ago by some of its current members, as well as their fallen brother Avionadramida.
They each have their own style (some are vastly different), but all embody hip hop to it’s fullest. Each artist not only has abilities as an emcee, but have off-the-wall intangibles that really set them apart from most other artists coming up today. They have personality and swagger—it’s their unique flavors mixed with their raw, potent rapping skills that make them so easy to like. Plus, they’re fucking hilarious.
I was lucky enough to sit down with the Klan at the end of 2014 and chop it up about a few things. The real kicker here is that after all the chit-chat, we took to my culdesac for a hella dope cypher.
