Brooklyn based Lil PCP has been building his buzz up over the past year, strategically releasing impressive singles periodically over the last couple months. This new release, “Smash & Pass,” is undoubtedly the most polished and well rounded sound we’ve gotten from PCP. The sound engineering and imaging is cohesive and well put together. The sound is wide and resounding as PCP showcases a melodic autotune infused crooning that brings out a certain musicality. The track deals with PCP stunt rapping about stacking up and flexing good designer. PCP shows promise on this new release.
