Last Monday on March 23rd, both Action Bronson and Earl Sweatshirt dropped brand new albums — along w/ Wale and Ludacris’ album that just arrived this week.With both albums doing well, Earl and Action Bronson finally earned a top 10 spot on the Billboard charts, though neither was able to grab the top spot, which still belongs to Kendrick Lamar.
Action Bronson’s major label debut, Mr. Wonderful, debuted at #3 on the charts, selling 43,303 copies. While Earl’s I Don’t Like Shit, I Don’t Go Outside came in at #8, selling just under 35,000 copies — 33,020 with streams.
I may be wrong, but these numbers don’t correlate with just how dope these albums were. Just saying.
