FLEE has been on my radar since the release of his smash record “Swish/Use 2” featuring Brent Faiyaz. So, I’ve been anticipating a new project from him since the top of the year. RatedStar is easily one of his best projects to date and one of the most cohesive to drop in 2021.
Records that I’ve found to be the most enjoyable are “Clark Kent”, “4 No Reason”, and “Lets Go!”. His lofi delivery gives off an extraordinarily nonchalant and relaxed demeanor, making it some of the best music to vibe to.
