Paris Texas has been having the 2021 of a lifetime. After releasing a plethora of dope visuals and singles, we get their debut project BOY ANONYMOUS. This is a one-of-a-kind project where they play with sounds they teased in their singles. “Casino” is easily one of my favorite records from the project; make sure to check it out!
Pride is the Devil by J.Cole
We all know who the fuck J.Cole is, and it’s always a moment when he drops. Last night we got his latest LP, and he’s as hungry as ever on this record. “Pride is the Devil” feels like it’s going to be a standout track from the album. We get melodic flows and a crazy Lil Baby feature on it. I haven’t been the biggest Cole fan in a while, but this is amazing.
Off The Rail by Wallice
“Off The Rail” is a dreamy singer/songwriter record that brings me to a place of ease. Wallice has been a musician I’ve been fond of for a while now, and it seems to me that every release is just getting better. I suggest you give this a few listens!
Horse by KLEO
Boston’s own KLEO has been a trendsetter in the city. His ominous and grimy production complements his deep/distinguished vocal register making for some great music. “Horse” from his newest project, 1000 Year Grief, is one of my favorite songs by him. The glitzy production with his laidback flow is a perfect combination!
Seahorse by Horsey (Ft King Krule)
The King Krule feature brought me to the track, but Horsey made me stay! This is a dynamic record from the London-based band and interested me in checking out their other records. “Seahorse” has a slow build in the production that crescendos when Krule picks up his vocal delivery! This song is incredible!
Luigi by TiaCorine
Coming off her latest project, The Saga of 34Corine, TiaCorine has excelled in every way imaginable. I found the record “Luigi” to be one of the highlights from this project. The Kenny Beats production lays the foreground for an energetic and charismatic flow; that has undeniable presences. Peep the heat below!
