LA rapper HBK Jachi‘s new project Better Me comes as his first project of the year. The project comes hot off the heels of his 2022 projects The People’s Champ and Unavailable which racked up hundreds of thousands of streams across all platforms.
One of the highlights of the project is the lead single “Zombie Boys”. On this song, Jachi taps into the more Detroit-leaning Cali sound. The track sees him boast about snatching your girl off you while holding a double cup full of a drink your mom wouldn’t approve of.
Another banger off the project is “Get Money Freestyle”. As the title would suggest, this song shows Jachi flexing how much money he’s making off of rap and the extravagant lifestyle he can live as a result. Jachi‘s flow is a bit more jumpy than “Zombie Boys” but nonetheless still hard.
The bottom half of the project rivals the top half pretty well with tracks like “Bully”, “Errbody”, and “Better Me”.
