With the overwhelming number of submissions from last week, we decided to ask you guys again to submit your songs to us via Twitter. These are some of our favorite records submitted, and make sure you keep up with our Twitter page so you don’t miss out on the next one!

I Got It by Jr.

On this record, we get a bouncy performance from Jr. over heavy-hitting production. Showing his knack for rhyming and versatile flows makes for an enjoyable listening experience. Not to mention the video only adds to the already high energy record.

Sword Fight by Austin Mata & VIDEOG

This is a fun take on alternative hip-hop with some very interesting production. It’s somewhat reminiscent of Injury Reserve in the best way possible. Austin Mata and VIDEOG are taking a refreshing angle to hip-hop and I suggest you give this record a listen.

Doctor Evil by Alley Rocket

This is an eerie and intoxicating wave from Alley Rocket. It’s wonderfully imperfect, but Rocket slides on this instrumentation with a number of cadences. I do see a variety of potentially cinematic ideas in these visuals, so hopefully, both the sound and the sights continue to develop along the way. Nonetheless, this one is impressive for an unknown name. Keep going Rocket, this shit is fye.

ACTION PARK by dolphin talk & stephen niday

Dolphin Talk and Stephen Niday have put out a powerful opus of underground magnitude. But it does take cuts from these artists who are on the verge of crossing over into mainstream notierity. Tony Shhnow, Muddymya, Rx Papi, and Rob Olu spazzed on a wide variety of instrumentation, just to name a few of the vividly talented cast. “Thin line between love & hate” is a personal favorite because of the soulful sample in the backdrop of Papi’s sermon. Shout to Shoku Radio, should to all the dolphins and Stephen as well, this shit is slapping.

SIH888 Chapters 1, 2 & 3 by Gr8ness

Now Gr8ness was recently seen with Kodak sharing some words and Haitian croons. His sound is smooth and confident. The islands bleed through on each of these poetic intervals and possess a passionate theme. Love is the mission he’s on whether he’s searching, found it or lost it. I have a strange feeling that Gr8ness is on his way to just that, stream these frames above.

Back Around by DvDx

DvDx is a name that will be ringing through the air in a few months and his newest effort “Back Around” is a melodic wave with incredible prowess. Oh, and what a surprise another talented individual coming out of Atlanta. His voice creates a soothing lane atop the perfectly distorted 808. His songwriting tells of a relationship and it’s ups and downs, but does it in an energizing manner. Really impressed with his one, tap in with DvDx above.
