Jay IDK impressed with his recent loosie “God Said Trap,” and is now back with the culmination of much work and anticipation. His new project Subtrap aims to bridge the gap between trap music and more conscious, lyrical hip-hop, which Jay blends nicely. It features him rapping from a number of different perspectives from people all along the food chain of drug dealers and addicts. It’s truly a thought-out, intricate concept, and is executed well by him.
