Following the successful release of 2012’s Cooley Hi mixtape, Joe Cool returns a year later with his new release in Drivers Ed. Even though we’re about three months late, I still think this tape should get some shine. The tape comes packed with 13 tracks that includes freestyles and original music; some self produced and some not. Don’t sleep on the Louisiana artist.
