Joey Purp‘s forthcoming album, QUARTERTHING, is looking better and better. With an excellent beginning to the album’s roll-out in the form of, “Bag Talk”, Purp‘s project quickly began crawling up my ‘most anticipated albums’ list. “Elastic” not only keeps the ball rolling, but takes it to a whole other level as Joey truly proves why he’s one of the most exciting emcees in Chicago. Bouncy and overall fun to listen to, “Elastic” is endlessly replayable, and is sure to be getting lots of listening time in my own headphones and you should definitely check it out for yourself right now!
