I’m a huge fan of Chicago hip hop, and one of my personal favorites from the midwest is 2008ighties rep Julian Malone. If you’re unfamiliar, change that shit today—in fact, right now. He just released a brand-new track off of his upcoming project DIFFRNT that has been shrouded in mystery thus far. It’s been a bit since we’ve heard new tunes from Ju, but I’m really hoping and throwing up hella prayer hand emojis that “Empower” is a sign that the project will be out soon.
