KayCyy has been able to wow me multiple times this year, and “Stay Up” continues that trend. The Wonda Gurl produced record has a fantastic energy to it, making it a song that I’ll be coming back to. The gritty production lays the background from some slick flows from KayCyy and Lancey Foux. This is easily one of my collaborations to come out in a while.
The music video shows an amalgamation of shots of performing and chilling. I love the VHS quality, and at times it feels as if it is in night vision. The visuals expound on the dark feeling of the record and portray these artists to be some of the most remarkable people ever to exist. I recommend you check this record out.
