Earlier this week, Lauryn Hill had a scheduled event for Lagos, Nigeria but there was some sort of conflict with the promoter so she couldn’t make it out to the venue. To make it up, she decided to jump in front of the camera and record a beautifully mastered, acoustic version of “Doo Wop (That Thing).”
Joined by her family harmonizing in the background, Miss Hill proceeded to melt my heart with the acoustic performance of her smash hit, reminded us of all just how amazing he is.
I miss this Lauryn, I really do.
