West London emcee Lord Apex shares a new video for his Grimm Doza-produced track, “Pretty Penny.” The low-key cut sees Apex deliver a lax flow over some dope lo-fi production from the NJ beat smith, Grimm Doza. The video itself, directed by Bone Soda, features Apex smoking spliffs with his homies behind a news podium, delivering his swanky bars to the masses. He’s already had a great year, dropping off his mixtape, Interplanetary Funk, back in late May, as well as delivering a nice string of singles and music videos.
