Lucas gifts the world his last release of the year and it’s in the form of another stellar music video. In these frames for “The Art Of Being Happy” we see our protagonist take on a number of roles in this lucid fever dream. He’s Mr. Clean, what seems to be an architect and a monk all in one. But on top of that, he’s him and I really mean that. A sense of identity is harder to come by than one may think in modern music.
Either they’re a son of Yeat, Carti, Kendrick or Cole and when you blaze a new path adjacent to the greats people will catch on. “Zizou” was gas, along with “Caprisun” as well, so a great thing to note about Lucas is the consistency thus far. Well-calculated moves and quality drops are a few of the things that he brings to the table. His formula doesn’t feel forced, instead, you can see that he’s really enjoying showcasing his talents to the people.
