MALIK first hit our pages with a standout, intricate project entitled The Principium, and is back today to drop off some new sounds in the form of “Alone.”
Over some knockout production that he crafted himself, MALIK comes correct with some well-written verses and a smooth hook that all ties in for a great listen from front to back. It’s an enjoyable record from the Austin, Texas native, who does a great job of blending potent lyrics with sounds that’re easy on the ears, making each track an easy listen with depth. Overall, “Alone” has me looking forward to what else he’s got in store for 2017 and beyond. Enjoy his new joint below!
