A couple weeks ago, I was at a coffee shop doing work when Manny FaceTimed me and told me that he was dropping a new project. When telling me about it, he focused on the bigger name features he was set to have like YN Jay, Veeze, and Kodie Shane.
However, after giving the project a listen, it wasn’t the songs with the established artists that kept me interested. In my humble opinion, Manny’s tracks with frequent collaborators T$AN, J Dlux, Poundside Pop, and Matt Ox stood out the most.
“Cheesebags” sees T$AN deliver one of his most electric performances on a song in a while. His flows leapfrog and backflip off of the beat effortlessly and after seeing firsthand how hard he works, it’s not difficult to understand why.
Manny’s eerie production on “Stilo” sees Poundside Pop and Matt Ox‘s styles clash in the best way possible. Matt‘s rambunctious flows match perfectly with Pop‘s laid-back, gravely delivery. Check out “Tactical” below.
