I’m literally speechless. I have know idea who this cat Marc R is, nor do I care. His music is utterly amazing and I’m doing an injustice by saying that. It’s that good.
Anyways, enough of me. Up and coming Queens producer Marc. R makes his official DC debut with his fifth beat tape titled Lady Bug — a 12 track offering coming in at just over 40 minutes long, and it’s worth every second.
Featuring a jazzy, yet bouncy outlook, Marc meshes luscious sounds with melodic horned instruments and amazing key work. Lady Bug is also available for just 1 dollar, with a bonus track called “Wildcard,” via his Bandcamp.
