Last October, it was reported that Chief Keef was no longer signed with Interscope. After months of speculation, we have now found out who really writes Chief Keef’s checks. Apparently, the FADER did some uncovering and found out that Chief Keef has been signed to FilmOn — a controversial live-television-streaming service — since April.
The owner of FilmOn is a 48-year-old Greek billionaire named Alki David, who has made roughly $1.7 billion in his lifetime. For the past decade, he has started a variety of projects, including modeling agencies, hologram concert productions, film and television studios, and now, the career of infamous Chicago rapper, Chief Keef.
Good luck.
Me and @alkidavid Big Moves B’s!
