During an interview with The Sunday Times on July 5th, Miguel stirred up the internet when he shared the following response after being asked about Frank Ocean and where he ranks with him. Peep what he had to say down below.
“I wouldn’t say we were friends. To be completely honest — and no disrespect to anyone — I genuinely believe that I make better music, all the way around.”
After that statement, Miguel went to his Twitter handle to clarify his recent statements, letting his followers know that although he is competitive, the album WILDHEART is to celebrate individuality — to which he will forever maintain.
