Oh shit, it looks like more details about the Gorillaz’ upcoming project have surfaced. As you probably know by now, rumors of a new Gorillaz album have been circulating for over a year now, and just like Frank Ocean’s Boys Don’t Cry album — it’s been nothing but an idea.
However, speaking with The Guardian, De La Soul’s Pos revealed that his crew will collaborate with Gorillaz, along with our favorite stoner Snoop Dogg, who is also making an appearance of the highly-anticipated offering. Here’s what he had to say:
“With Damon, it was easy because we love working with him. We’re about to be on the new Gorillaz album. Snoop was also performing on the record when we were over there.”
