One person was dead and two others injured in the latest explosion created by a marijuana extraction lab in San Bernardino County. As reported, the San Bernardino County Fire Department reported the explosion a little before 7:30 p.m. where crews had to rush to the scene.
One person was pronounced dead on arrival while two others were rushed to a hospital and are in critical condition. The explosion took almost half of the structure down as well — holy fuck.
Extraction, for you kiddies out there, is the process by which we make our beautiful shatters/oil/dabs. Cindy Bachman of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department told CBS2 said that the butane was the source of the explosion (figures):
The Investigators’ preliminary investigation shows them that there was narcotic activity here at the residence and was likely a marijuana extraction lab.
