This morning the lineups for NYC’s Governor’s Ball and Gulf Shore Alabama’s Hangout Festival have both been announced , with Outkast headlining both events, So far Outkast has been put on 3 festivals this year and are expected to be at 40 throughout 2014. Other names on the bill that stand out are J. Cole, Chance The Rapper, Childish Gambino, and Earl Sweatshirt.
