After having a major 2016 with his breakout singles “Fetti” and “What,” Atlanta rapper Playboi Carti sat down with XXL to talk about his upcoming year. During the convo, Playboi Carti went on to say his highly-anticipated debut mixtape is ready to drop in early 2017.
When asked why it was taking so long, Carti responded with: “That’s why I’m picky about what I put on my SoundCloud. That’s why I’m taking time with my mixtape. I‘m going crazy. If you look on my tracks, bro, it shows you my progression.” Stay tuned for more information.
