Maryland native singer-songwriter and producer Ndeh just dropped his newest single “Noire.” The self-done instrumentation alone is something special. Ndeh’s song structure is immaculate on this track. His light and raspy melodic vocals ease the listener into the dynamic guitar riff which then drops into the infectious hook.
