A few years ago when I was really getting into hip-hop, I found a string of mixtapes on DatPiff from this cat Nessly, and I was rockin’ with it pretty hard off top. Having just developed my obsession with hip-hop, finding some new talent on the rise was a great feeling, and was definitely what eventually led to me getting involved in the music industry and blogging.
Fast forward a couple of years later, and Nessly has built up a very nice buzz for himself as we begin 2016, having evolved into an extremely unique artist in his own right. With his wavy flavor as an emcee and effortless lyrics, Nessly certainly stands out amongst the slew of talent in Atlanta, with his recently-released “Thirsty Hoe” being a prime culmination of his talent and swagger.
