Many of the recent Atlanta artists have swayed more toward making club banging singles. Atlanta will always be synonymous with strip club smashes and trap rap but 17-year-old emcee, Raury, is taking us back to the Andre 3000 days. After already making some noise this year with his track “God’s Whisper” Raury is back with “Cigarette Song”. The track again showcases the incredible songwriting skills possessed by the young emcee. The track is a metaphor for his addictions which are not necessarily nicotine based. Raury is set to perform at OutKast’s homecoming concert in Atlanta along with Kid Cudi and Childish Gambino on September 27th. The sky is the limit for this kid, check out the track below.
