Rod Wave‘s new album Hunger Games 3 is a fantastic project from the St. Petersburg, Florida-native. Building off the single, “Feel The Same Way,” featuring Moneybagg Yo, which is already a heavy cut to begin with, Wave delivers melodic prowess cut after cut. These twelve tracks are all passionate songs with pristine production. The instrumentation includes work from Go Grizzly, BillboardHitMakers, Popstar Benny, DamnBenny!, Yung Tago, Drum Dummie, D Major, Marcus Dominic, Jon C, TNTXD, Golden Gramz, Heavykeyzz, 7 On The Track and Rippa On The Beat. Even though there’s a small army of producers on here, it seems as if Rod sifted through plenty and found the best beats for this project. Wave made sure that the people remember his choruses by letting each beat breathe for a bit then running it back one last time. This is very smart in the repetitious monsoon of music we get every Friday now. Thoroughly impressed with Rod Wave’s album Hunger Games 3, enjoy this one in its entirety below.
