Atlanta producer/rapper Russ is looking to make 2017 his bitch. After releasing his latest jam “Sideline Number” last week, DC favorite Russ returns with his new video for “Manifest,” which was directed by Edgar Esteves. No word on when Russ actually plans on releasing an album or not, but we’ll keep you updated if does. Check it out above.
