Dave B
Last but not least is Dave B, one of my favorite artists out right now. After releasing his extremely jazzy, buzz-worthy single with Jake One titled “Leaves,” Seattle’s Dave B saw his stock rise rapidly, in what seemed like months. Just like Chance the Rapper and Saba Pivot, Dave B utilizes his sing-rap abilities to craft beautiful singles without ever releasing a single project. With 2015 coming to a close, look out for DAVE B to be hip hop’s next golden child. Mark my words.
