Miami rapper Smokepurpp first graced our pages back in February with his buzzing single “By My Lonely,” and hasn’t looked back since. After releasing a bunch of singles via Soundcloud, including his hit single “Ski Mask,” Smokepurpp took advantage of his momentum by releasing a new track seemingly every month. Now, with his followers approaching the 30K mark, the emerging talent looks to be a major prospect for XXL’s Freshman cover. Stay tuned.
