Amazon has released the trailer for Spike Lee’s upcoming film “CHI-RAQ.”
The trailer for Spike Lee’s highly criticized and controversial film “Chi-Raq” has been released. After watching it once, the movie looks to feature movie & entertainment stars such as: Teyonah Parris, Samuel L. Jackson, Angela Bassett, Wesley Snipes, Dave Chappelle, Jennifer Hudson, “Lala” Anthony, & more. After causing plenty of side-eyes based on the naming of the movie alone, Chi-Raq may receive much more criticism across the board based on the film’s actual plot. But it looks as though there will be a mixture of comedy and seriousness presented. Many people have already taken to Twitter to express their distaste/approval in some shape or form. Personally, I’ll wait until I see the entire picture to make a final judgement on it. Watch the trailer below.
