What. Is. Up. I’m back after a near three month long hiatus, and I’m ready to go back what I was doing before I left. That, of course, is bringing the weirdest, dopest, hypest shit on the internet. If you’ve read any of my posts, you know that I love weird music.
So, it seems fitting that I come back with a mixtape that, according to the emcee on the tape, is both swaggy, trill, meme rap, new wave, industry rap, and fuck. Yes, it is, according to statue, fuck. This tape seriously has it all. Slappers, chill beats, weird interpolated beats, you name it, this has it. While most meme rap is usually satirical in nature, this tape actually has a few bangers on it that will no doubt work its way into my playlists.
My favorite track on the project is Sauced Out, which features Travi Esco on the production. Esco lays claim to the title of “top five struggle rapper,” and his production slaps on this banger. The track also features a Project X sample, and I will, in all honesty, play this shit at a party. There’s only so much I can say about the number one meme rapper in the world, so I will just leave the link to the project and let you decide.
Personally, I think this is both whippable and weird as shit, so it checks all two of my boxes. In all seriousness, I really, really enjoy this project, and I implore you to give it a listen.
