The Baby Stone Gorillas have been grinding, and it shows on their debut mixtape BABYST5XNE GORILLAS. This thing is packed with smooth flows and fire sample-based production. I love that they stay true to their L.A. roots throughout the project. Some of my favorite tracks are “Flame Strangs”, “With It”, and “Felt A Lot Of Pain”. Each of these records has a lot of personality, and I can’t lie, I think this will be their year.
I’m hoping to see some visuals from the mixtape, and I can’t wait till everyone catches on to how fire they are. This tape is the start of a loin g run the collective will have in the upcoming years.
